Ajali ya ndege Ziwa Victoria: Watu 19 wathibitishwa kufariki

Waziri mkuu wa Tanzania, Kassim Majaliwa amefika mkoani Kagera katika eneo ajali ya ndege ilipotokea na kuahidi kuwa baada ya uchuguzi watatoa taarifa ya chanzo cha ajali hiyo. Aliongeza pia wanafatilia imekuaje hadi idadi ya watu waliokua kwenye orodha rasmi kuongezeka kutoka 43 hadi 45.

Taarifa rasmi kutoka kwa mamlaka na shirika la ndege la Precision ilionesha kuwa abiria ni 43, lakini baadae ilitajwa idadi ya 45 jumla.

Kwa mujibu wa Waziri mkuu Majaliwa na Mkuu wa mkoa wa Kagera Albert Chalamilawatu 19 wamefariki, na 26 waliokolewa. 

‘’Tunashukur Mungu kwa kutuokolea abiria 26, Orodha ya mwanzo ilionesha abiria 43 lakini baada ya kuwakoa 26, kule ndani tulitarajia 17 lakini tukatoa miili 19, hawa wawili wametoka wapi? bado tunachunguza hawa wawili na tutatoa taarifa zaidi’’ anasema Waziri Majaliwa.

Hata hivyo zoezi la uokoaji linaendelea na kwa mujibu wa mamlaka nchini Tanzania, sasa mizigo na vifaa vingine vinaendelea kuopolewa ndani ya maji.

Hatua za kufuata unapopoteza kitambulisho cha Taifa

Mamlaka ya Vitambulisho vya Taifa (NIDA) imetoa maelekezo kuhusu hatua za kufuata mtu anapopoteza kitambulisho chake ili aweze kupata kitambulisho kipya.  NIDA imelazimika kutoa maelezo hayo baada ya mtumiaji mmoja wa mtandao wa kijamii kuhoji kwanini utoaji wa pasi za kusafiria za kielektroniki unakulazimu kuwa na kitambulisho cha taifa. Mtu huyo alihoji itakuwaje kwa wale watakaokuwa wamepoteza vitambulisho vyao na wanahitaji pasi za kusafiria.  NIDA wameeleza kwamba, yeyote aliyepoteza kitambulisho chake atatakiwa kutoa taarifa polisi lakini pia atalipia TZS 20,000 ambayo ni gharama ya kuweza kutengenezewa kitambulisho kingine.  “Fika kwenye ofisi yetu ya usajili Wilaya unayoishi /uliyojisajili, utapatiwa fomu kwaajili ya kupeleka polisi ili upatiwe loss report (taarifa ua upotevu), pamoja na fomu yenye namba ya akaunti kwaajili ya kufanya malipo ya TZS 20,000/= gharama za kuzalisha kitambulisho kipya.”  Aidha, NIDA wamesema baada ya kupatiwa taarifa hiyo ya ku...
