Canada imesema ina mipango ya kuchangia kiasi cha pauni bilioni 2.9 ikisaidiwa na nchi washirika wa G7 kwa ajili ya kusaidia elimu ya wasichana na wanawake walio masikini
Fedha hizo zitasaidia kuhakikisha kuwa mpango wa wasichana na wanawake kupata elimu sawa na wavulana na kuwezesha fursa za kujifunza katika nchi mbalimbali duniani, Serikali ya nchi hiyo imeeleza.

Mamlaka ya Vitambulisho vya Taifa (NIDA) imetoa maelekezo kuhusu hatua za kufuata mtu anapopoteza kitambulisho chake ili aweze kupata kitambulisho kipya.  NIDA imelazimika kutoa maelezo hayo baada ya mtumiaji mmoja wa mtandao wa kijamii kuhoji kwanini utoaji wa pasi za kusafiria za kielektroniki unakulazimu kuwa na kitambulisho cha taifa. Mtu huyo alihoji itakuwaje kwa wale watakaokuwa wamepoteza vitambulisho vyao na wanahitaji pasi za kusafiria.  NIDA wameeleza kwamba, yeyote aliyepoteza kitambulisho chake atatakiwa kutoa taarifa polisi lakini pia atalipia TZS 20,000 ambayo ni gharama ya kuweza kutengenezewa kitambulisho kingine.  “Fika kwenye ofisi yetu ya usajili Wilaya unayoishi /uliyojisajili, utapatiwa fomu kwaajili ya kupeleka polisi ili upatiwe loss report (taarifa ua upotevu), pamoja na fomu yenye namba ya akaunti kwaajili ya kufanya malipo ya TZS 20,000/= gharama za kuzalisha kitambulisho kipya.”  Aidha, NIDA wamesema baada ya kupatiwa taarifa hiyo ya ku...
